For Sale or Lease? Available Commercial Properties in Jamesburg
The landscape of the Borough of Jamesburg has changed significantly over the past few months. With new stores and businesses
popping up everywhere in town, one may be bold enough to say that Jamesburg is going through a rebirth. Nevertheless, there
is a large number of commercial properties for sale or lease within the Borough limits. This page highlights some of the properties
and will be updated as new properties hit the market.
After three years of construction, Sweet William and Thyme Florist opened their own new free-standing building three doors down from
their old location on East Railroad Avenue in February 2006. With second floor office space available for rent, the potential for growth still exists in the building.
On Forsgate Drive sits a slew of possible options for professional space. Behind CenterState Realty a 4,000 square foot medical building
is under construction. Near the traffic light on Forsgate, across from CVS, there is 800 to 12,000 square feet of space available in the
old Jamesburg High School Building, now Forsgate Commons. Going out of town, there is still space available for two large offices in
Renaissance Commons.
Traveling out of town along Gatzmer Avenue, a sign has been placed in the grassy area in front of Lackland Self Storage. It advertises
a pre-approved land lease for a 3,500 square foot Restaurant/Food Service site. Perhaps Jamesburg will receive its first fast food
restaurant?
On East Railroad Avenue, the Courter Mansion sits vacant, waiting for a new tennent.
Some retail space has opened up at Jamesburg Commons on Buckelew Avenue.
Two storefronts in the small strip mall on West Railroad Avenue that is now home to Subway, are for lease, in addition to the land next door.
