Address Privacy Policy

      The Jamesburg High School Alumni Association respects the privacy of its members in regards to the personal information contained in Association databases. The information contained in the Jamesburg High Alumni Association databases is regularly available only to Association Executive Board members for use for Association purposes. Names and addresses in the databases may only be released to others under the following conditions:

 

1)      To any law enforcement or government entity upon receipt of subpoena or other similar document.

2)      To the officially appointed Class Trustee.

3)      To any Class Reunion Committee, subject to the following conditions:

a)      there is no Class Trustee.

b)      only after the Association is notified of the planned reunion;

c)      only after the Association is provided with at least one name, address and telephone number of a committee member.

d)      only after the publication of the notice of the proposed reunion in either the Alumni Warwhoop or Alumni Warwhoop Update.

                                                              I.      this notice must contain both a proposed date and place.

                                                           II.      this notice must contain the name and contact address (either mail or e-mail) of at least one reunion committee member.

4)      To any recognized sending district elementary school reunion committee, subject to the following conditions:

a)      only after the Association is notified of the planned reunion.

b)      Only after the Association is provided with at least one name, address and telephone number of a committee member.

c)      only after the publication of the notice of the proposed reunion in either the Alumni Warwhoop or Alumni Warwhoop Update;

                                                              I.      this notice must contain both a proposed date and place

                                                           II.      this notice must contain the name and contact address (either mail or e-mail) of at least one reunion committee member

 

      The Jamesburg High School Alumni Association will not release the mailing or e-mail addresses of Alumni to an individual. If an Alumnus(a) wishes to contact an another alumnus(a), the Association, upon written request and if it has the person’s address, will notify the Alumnus(a) in writing, that another alumnus(a) wishes to make contact, and provide him/her with the name and address of the person wishing to make contact. The Jamesburg High School Alumni Association will not forward any sealed envelopes or other information. The requestor, in his/her request letter, must grant the Jamesburg High School Alumni Association permission to forward contact information. The decision to respond is the individual’s decision. There is a $1.00 fee for each contact requested to cover costs.
